I'll join the call. As Willian said it has definitely been a difficult season for our 4th graders playing against teams that practice more and are older (half our team is 2012 because we are a school-based team. On the positive side they are improving and I think it's been a great experience for them playing every week against challenging teams.

    Hi Lee -

I will be able to participate on May 2nd. It has been a great but hard season for NT Dragons 11B at UH. We won some but lost a lot. Some of the games are not well matched but is helping my boys to push themselves more at practice and at their game. The parent and I already see some good improvement on their skills.

Thx again for all you do for us and we are looking forward to next season.

I can attend, and I'm happy to answer questions for anyone considering moving up to Upper House. This is our second season doing it, and we're very happy so far. Highly encourage more independent teams to make the move.

Thanks for roundtable invite Lee. I won't be able to make it on May 2, but speaking for the Alvarado Wildcats (13B), we'd love to do Upper House again. It's our first season in Upper House and we were really worried about getting crushed. But, we're loving it. We're definitely losing more, but the games are close and well matched...and the extra competition has been really great for the boys. So, if you'll have us back, we'd be psyched.

Only small challenge this season has been the spotty schedule (several weeks without games, one weekend with 2 games). I also know spring breaks are a bear to manage, which is I'm guessing the reason.

    Thanks for everything.
