Just to clarify - there are things that we have to renew each year (or maybe every other year) like SafeSport, Intro to Safe & Healthy Playing Environments, etc. I've heard a lot of feedback about these online "continuing ed" types of programs being onerous and time-consuming. They are, but since they are required (federally? state-wide?), I found that if I shifted my mindset a little and think about them as useful reminders, they're not so bad. We are interacting with kids, after all! That said, the expiration dates for my certifications seem to be all over the place, and I understand the pushback.
All coaches can log into their US Soccer dashboard (learning.ussoccer.com) to find out when the next things are due, right?
